We appreciate
your business, and one of the ways we show
this is by getting you what you ordered
as efficiently as possible!
Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding
holidays and weekends).
Truckin'
All orders are sent by common carrier freight,
that is, by truck. We have arranged a flat-rate
shipping that is based upon quantity and
well below the cost of single shipment.
Once
it arrives.
Thoroughly inspect your unit for damage
that may have occurred in transit. Save
all packing materials, just in case. If
you find that the keg cooler has arrived
damaged, contact us immediately (Link).
Allow your keg cooler to sit upright undisurbed
for 2 hours before operation.
Delivery
info you will need to know.
Once you place an order (thank you!) your order
is processed to the warehouse nearest the destination.
You will be contacted by phone by the freight
company to arrange a delivery time that is convenient
to you. They will not simply show up unannounced,
but you DO need to be present.
You
will need manpower.
The delivery person may be a 90 pound female.
Count on the worst case scenario to be that you
need to move your beer cooler from the truck bed
to where you want it yourself.
Will
the delivery person install?
No. They will deliver their goods, but are not
obligated to do anything other than arrive. It
is up to you to get it off the truck and to where
you want it to be.
Can
I come by and pick it up?
No, the warehouses are located all around the
U.S., there is not a single unit here at our offices
in North Carolina.
If you want to stop by and visit, you are welcome
to do so, but there are no goods of any kind here.
Can
I use my own freight company?
We have the best rate with quality shippers,
these are people we have done business with for
years. We know and trust their abilities. There
may be cheaper, but they always produce damage
in transit.
Will
I receive tracking?
We
will send tracking the moment it is generated so
that you can anticipate the delivery person's phone
call.
